Our Private Dashboard is where you review and edit ClearMechanic inspections from a desktop computer. It synchronizes with our mobile application in real time. Because the Private Dashboard is such a crucial part of ClearMechanic, we have introduced design enhancements to make it easier to navigate.

Our "Interactive Service Library" feature includes 1,000 expert diagrams showing how different vehicle systems and components work. We are excited to introduce updated search functionality to make the Interactive Service Library fast and easy for clients. 

Some clients need to upload a single inspection item instead of a full inspection report. For example, clients may want to send a quick tire photo or brake pad photo instead of a detailed checklist. With our new “Single Item” feature, we have reduced the number of “taps” required to upload one single inspection item. Tap the “Single Item” button to try it out!

       

We are excited to announce the following enhancements to our Inspection Form design:

- Expanded the "Summary of Inspection Findings" section
- General design enhancements to color scheme, border design, font sizes and font colors 
- New "mouse-over" effects when mouse hovers over an Inspection Item with photos and videos available

By popular demand, you can add general notes in the “RO and VIN” screen. This is perfect for entering a vehicle’s mileage. 

Simply tap "Additional Notes" and you will see the option of typing a "Custom Note" or entering the vehicle's mileage or other "Frequent Notes." The "Frequent Notes" can be customized to your organization from your Private Dashboard.
